Today, we were able to finalize the adoptions of our two beautiful girls that God has placed in our family! We first met the girls - and started this process - 28 months ago. C was a tiny baby in a hospital in Port-au-Prince... and A was an 18-month old toddler in the orphanage... They are now both three years old... legally have our name... and are completely our daughters in the eyes of the State. :) And Zach and Josh got to tell the judge they will be good big brothers (wish we had the video camera to remind them from time to time! :))
We went to Denver yesterday and stayed in a hotel... with a pool... and then finalized this morning. Now... we are going to head to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate (we have a gift card... and the boys love it! (this will be the girls' first time...)) and then go get family pictures taken! What a fun day to celebrate. We are so relieved it is finally here... and final!

I am still awake, so filled with happiness for all of you! Everyone looks so great in the pictures in the courtroom. It's always good to see Mom in pictures, and every one of the kids is just beautifully dressed. I love the girls hair!
